Afghan Expat Leader Unveil Burj Azizi, Soon to Be World’s Second Tallest Tower in Dubai. Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the official height of its upcoming project, Burj Azizi. The skyscraper, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, will stand at a staggering 725 meters, making it the second tallest building in the world. Set to redefine Dubai’s skyline, Burj Azizi will launch for sales in February 2025 and is scheduled for completion by 2028.
This 131+ storey architectural marvel will not only serve as a symbol of luxury but also offer a range of residential and commercial spaces. It will feature an all-suite, seven-star hotel inspired by seven distinct cultural themes, alongside high-end residences that include penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. The development will also provide top-tier amenities such as wellness centers, swimming pools, gyms, cinemas, saunas, resident lounges, mini markets, and a children’s play area.
Burj Azizi is set to be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, further enhancing its exclusivity. The tower will include a seven-floor vertical retail center, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. One of its most notable attractions will be a unique observation deck offering breathtaking views, along with an adrenaline zone for adventure enthusiasts. The tower will also break several world records, including having the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest observation deck on level 130, and the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122.
